Chief is a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and investment company. Our new offices are headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, the state's capital city.
Chief Real Estate Company, LLC was launched by Michael K. Houge, CCIM, SIOR in 2008 after he sold the company he co-founded, Upland Real Estate Group, Inc. Chief focuses on selling high-quality net-leased investment properties and providing select, client-driven commercial property leasing services. Additionally, the Chief Team will focus on obtaining distressed, value-add opportunities and matching equity partners with property owners through Chief Investment Properties, LLC.
Our unique, value add proposition is to offer big company service with the attention to detail and focus our clients received back in simpler times.
